When is standard shipping free?
Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal is greater than US$30. Any shipping charge for orders of US$30 or less is shown at checkout before payment.
When will I receive my refund?
After an authorized return is received and approved, we normally issue the refund to the original payment method within 3–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post it.
How do I request tracking or report a lost parcel?
Email mrs.dirantame@outlook.com with your order number to request available tracking information. If the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost, subject to availability and applicable law.
